Our wines on Veronelli's Guide 2021

It is with pride that we mark a significant achievement for Poderi Boscarelli and the entire Montepulciano territory: our Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2016 was included in Wine Spectator's prestigious Top 100 of 2020, ranking at #39.

Ranking 39th in the world is a testament to the consistent quality of the De Ferrari family. In a fast-paced wine world, this recognition confirms that the path of dedication and respect for the vineyard is the only one we know—and the one that pays off over time. The 2016 vintage, in particular, was an excellent harvest in Cervognano: balanced, classic, and capable of yielding wines that are structured yet vibrant.

Being in the Top 100 means that our Sangiovese Prugnolo Gentile was able to speak a universal language, conveying the authentic essence of Tuscany to the world's most expert palates. This result adds to our winery's history as an indelible seal: a promise kept to those who, upon opening one of our bottles, seek excellence.
